This is an update to the post we published this afternoon about problems we were having with our authoritative DNS servers.

These problems have now been resolved and normal service has been resumed.

We are currently investigating a problem with our authoritative DNS servers that will be preventing customers from accessing many of our services, including but not limited to some of our websites, email servers and customers' hosted domains

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience and will provide another update as soon as more details become available.
