In the interim, for outgoing mail only, please try using mail1.metronet.co.uk (mailone) as the outgoing mail server.

We expect to have all outgoing email functionning shortly.

We've experienced loss of access to our primary mail server. We're currently attempting to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and in the meantime the sending and receiving of Metronet email will be non-functional.
