The problems we were experiencing earlier with our Pay As You Host Service have now been resolved.

These issues were caused by a routing problem at one of our core data centres.

Customers are currently unable to access their hosted websites or FTP server space. This problem is also affecting email...

This is an update to the previously reported problem with intermittent incoming and outgoing email.

This problem has been caused by high load on the mail servers, in order to resolve this we are performing some maintenance to 'smarthost' outgoing...
